Best fresh seafood around town! Took my friend here to cheer her up. Found parking pretty easily. We waited about 30-minutes on... a Friday night. Ordered a three course meal and everything beginning to end was timed perfectly. Ceviche and Itchy seabass forappetizers. Miso soup and creamy coconut crab soup was dreamy! My company used this restaurant for a holiday party location and Blue Sushi did not disappoint. I've dined here on my own as... well. Great atmosphere with a modern setting. The Tuna Tower was excellent and surprisingly filling. The sake selection is nice.The low couch-style seating is a fun alternative to a table setting. Visiting from Utah, and this was very delishious. Their tuna is super flavorful and fresh. I got the San Marcos Maki with Maguro... Nigiri. And both were amazing. I really appreciated how diligent the waiter was to ask for more sushi before the bill and theend of Happy Hour. Read more
