Order food there yesterday & there was a 2 hour wait even tho I did ASAP so I have no idea what that was about. Mind you,... service looked slow considering it was later in the night. They called me literally the last minute & by the time I was supposeto go it pick up, it was cold. Didn't bother to call me earlier to tell me the food was ready long ago & had it sitting. We came in got pointed at a table to sit down our waiter didn?t even come near us for 10 min to even ask for our drinks she had... three other tables who she only brought tickets to because they were done eating I asked a lady who was cleaning a table near byif she knew who our waiter was she than went to go tell her we wanted her she looked at our table and gave us a dirty look stilldidn?t come near us to apologize for the delay. one of the worst experiences ever, no one in the place, waited 15 min at bar for a drink, 15 more before she took my order. 20... min more before 10 wings made it out, she never once asked if I wanted another drink even though it sat there empty for over 1/2an hour. absolutely pathetic service by Stephanie, Read more
Called the order in and the lady answered the phone and took my order in a quick timely manner and asked what sauces we would... like and if we would like carrots and celery. We put in a large order and it was correct. Nice people to talk to even when iadded to the order. Read more
The worse service on June 30th 2022 at lunch time ? took us 30 min to be seated, they had only 3 servers each of them had only... 3 tables occupied , which they can?t keep up with ? food took another 30 min to come out? they had a family of 2 adults 3 smallchildren at the waiting room for 20 min ? they didn?t advise us on the waiting time and they didn?t have a notice at the doorthat let us know the situation in advance , no visible manager at the store, he or she probably was busy at the kitchen, do tothe shortage of workers. We totally understand the situation, but please let people know you don?t have enough personnel toserve ... that way people can choose other option quick. ?Sugestión , please call ahead and ask how long is the waiting andserving time.? Fantastic service, delicious food, great atmosphere. Almost had an asthma attack from the mango habanero wings, but they were so... delicious I just used my rescue inhaler and finished them at home anyways. 10 stars out of 5 I recommend this place to anyonewho loves wings. Read more
I ordered and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I arrived and ended up taking an hour and an half long. I was talking to... another customer that was waiting as well and had been for about 3 hours. Was asked if I wanted water or soda and when I saidyes they said I had to pay. The disrespect to ask and then say I had to pay and had already been waiting for more then an houris just ridiculous. Once I received my order, I had also asked for ranch and extra sauce. When I checked my bag and saw that Ididn?t have them. I told the host and he said he would go back and grab them but took another 10 minutes. And ended up onlybring the sauce and not the ranch. ??????????? The employees had no rush what?s so ever to get their job done other then justwalk around and act dumb. Several uncleared tables as well as lots of debris on the floor. Waiter was a nice guy. We ordered wings, a side of fries and a... side of onion rings. The fries were delivered right away by another lady. The rest of our order delivered 15 minutes later whichby then the fries were cold.
