My party got there before 10pm, we did not get seated until almost 11pm. The only reason we got seated was because we got tired... of waiting and grabbed menus and seated ourselves at the table they had gotten ready for us forever ago. There was 3 othertables that had already ordered their food. We were finally able to order our drinks and they brought us all water that nevergot refilled. Some got other drinks. But we did not get our food and drinks until close 11:50pm, some didn't get their fooduntil after 12:20am and that was after i talked to the manager. We then waited another 30 mins for our tickets. The manager waswalking around with his underwear showing and didn't seem to care about how long we waited with an empty building. No one got anapology or anything, we spent probably over 100$ there between us all and it was horrible. We were starving and had been to along event that we weren't able to get food at. We are from out of state and have never had to wait this long at a BWW's. Superdisappointed in Nebraska's place. Read more

On veterans day my boyfriend, who is a veteran, and I went and ordered take out and asked to use his discount. He paid and they... didn't give us his discount. When we picked up the food I told the cashier, it took them 18 minutes to give me the discount andchange! By the time we got to eat our food it was cold and soggy. My man was hungry so he ate some of it but I'd say a good 60%of the food was wasted. Pretty disappointing. Read more

It sucks you can't order online and pick the option of paying with cash but oh well. Only took 15 minutes for my food and my... wings were saucy and amazing! I love going to bdubs. Especially on Tuesday for specials on traditional wings! Read more

Wife and I ordered late dinner delivery the other evening and noticed Mondays are FREE delivery. Bonus for us, right? Not so... much. When we checked on the order a half hour later, they said the truck should be arriving to pickup soon. Another half hourwe checked and nothing. Wife asked if they could remake it when the truck showed since our food had been sitting out for thehour. BWW was fine with this. Another half hour and still no truck, so the manager said they would refund the amount if no showby two hours (not to mention the place was going to close). Well, the food never arrived and the amount was never refunded. WhenI called back later, the manager on duty said I'd have to call Doordash for refund since that's who they go through for thesedeliveries. Doordash was quick and easy to get that accomplished, though they obviously made a mess of the delivery itself.However, when I order food at an estalishment, I don't expect them to send to another business to garner the refund. I get whythis occured, but I can't help feeling this is no different than a manager blaming their staff for a mistake in the dining roomas opposed to just taking care of it themself. BWW could have made this a bit simpler. I've managed in the past and can think ofa number of directions they could have taken that would have made the ordeal less difficult. I won't be frequenting ANY of theirrestaurants again. I mean, it's just franchise wild wings, anyway. Read more

Extremely low-staffed which didn?t help, but service was bad and food was lukewarm. Our server messed up my order and we waited... for 30 minutes after my partner?s order was brought to the table for mine to arrive. Manager was understanding and helpedcorrect our bill, but I definitely will not be dining in here again. Read more

Give this location a couple try?s before writing a review. Most of the staff are very nice. But the food has failed every time.... We dined in. They forgot half our food. Delivery got some tonight. No one ate it. Chicken wings burnt to a crisp. Mac and cheesetasted like it?s been sitting out all day. Everything has a really weird tasted. If I was able to I would have definitely takingit back. Spent over an hour trying to get the correct food only to be asked to leave without food or refund for sticking my head through... the door to the kitchen to get help as people stood for 10+ minutes up front and no one was helping any of us. Absolutelyhorrible customer service. Still waiting for my refund as I have disputed my cc charge. Unbelievable! Read more

Last few times have been bad, but this set it over the top. Veggies were rotten. Our food for our table of 5 was brought out... one by one over the course of 45mins. We all ate at different times. Manager did zero to acknowledge issues. Our waiterKohlton did his best; only somewhat positive part of the experience. Read more
