I've been going here for awhile now and all I have to say is don't waste your money or time. They never get my order right. I... don't know how many times I've made it to my work and found out half my order was wrong or missing. Today I ordered 8 piecemozzarella sticks and got jalapeño poppers. Picked up lunch today and wanted to shout out the BK team for a job well done. The service was friendly and the food was good. I... know they are struggling with staffing issues like SO many places but leaving negative reviews because you couldn?t order foodexactly when you wanted is so tone deaf and will not help their situation. The level of entitlement in these incrediblyunempathetic people is astounding. This is the most unprofessional place I?ve ever been to and needs to be shut down and all employees fired and hire new staff..... the manager is constantly shutting it down cause he don?t want to be bothered. I?ve literally caught him just sitting in his carsmoking as he sees a line of cars in drive thru.. or having his gf sit and talk with him in drive as he has multiple cArswaiting for him to finish? he is the main reason your store ratings have went down, he is the reason your company isn?t makingits best money? Employees are very rude to customers. They also completely ?shut down? because the employees decided they didn?t want to work.... The sign said open and they were supposed to be open, but they just cleaned the whole time and locked the doors. Read more
