Food was on point and service was super quick.
The lady with an accent in the drive thru taking orders and payment is so rude. As soon as I said ?I have a - ?, she interrupted... me and said ?the code please? but I couldn?t find the code and she didn?t bother to try and explain how to find it on the mobileapp or if I was doing something wrong. She seemed annoyed. With me being the only car there, I was curious to why she wouldn?toffer some help but instead make me feel rushed. So I ordered without the coupon, unfortunately. Got to the window and I askedif they could honor the coupon and she straight up ignored me, took my payment and told me to pull up to the next window. I did.She opened the next window within 45 seconds and handed me my bag and shut the window quickly then walked off. Super poorcustomer service and we will not be back here. Read more
A great value and gave us our coupon back to use another time.....their chicken sandwiches are excellent.
If you are referring to the Burger King at 144th and Center I give it a high rating it had two employees maybe three that took... the time to show up for a job and we're so friendly and so happy and we really enjoyed our meal but this was only after havingto drive all the way from 176 and Center which every time I go there I find it closed. Wow! So good! The lady working was so caring! She made sure the kids meal was for a girl because the other person working said... it was for a boy, but she asked to make sure and did not just give me a boys toy which I found very kind and caring!! Plus thefood was delicious! Thank you!! Read more
I wish I could put no stars!!! The employee was very rude when I pulled up the speaker, I was discussing with my son what he... wanted and the employee decided to raise his voice saying order when your ready really just rude like, so I left. Closed in the middle of the day, with a petulant, snarky note from the manager posted airing the location's dirty laundry for... all to see. None if the other fast food joints in the area have this problem so combined with this childish display I can onlyassume the issue us with management. Read more
