Front door was locked, so entered drive thru. Was told the order computer system was unavailable. The employee on the speaker... put forth no effort to serve the customer and work around the technology outage. Read more
I gotta say, it must be nice to get to take 15 minute group breaks. How do I know that's what the employees were doing? Because... I was told over the speaker after I'd been waiting for 3 other people to order in front of me. Seriously the guy said verbatim,"I'm sorry we're about to take our 15 minute break. Come back in 15 minutes and I'll take your order then." From my pastexperiences at this location, they'll have closed down by then. Poor customer service from management. A week ago my 11 year old had hair in her food. I called same day and lady manager was... very friendly and wrote our name down in book to replace meal. However today I went there and manager Chris was extremely rudein drive-thru basically calling me a liar stating that it was impossible. I decided to go inside where he continued to be rude.I then told him I was recording him and he gave me my money back because I told him I was recording him. Never again will we gothere.
