I gotta say, it must be nice to get to take 15 minute group breaks. How do I know that's what the employees were doing? Because... I was told over the speaker after I'd been waiting for 3 other people to order in front of me. Seriously the guy said verbatim,"I'm sorry we're about to take our 15 minute break. Come back in 15 minutes and I'll take your order then." From my pastexperiences at this location, they'll have closed down by then. I honestly can't remember the last time this store was openuntil their listed closing hours. Read more

Poor customer service from management. A week ago my 11 year old had hair in her food. I called same day and lady manager was... very friendly and wrote our name down in book to replace meal. However today I went there and manager Chris was extremely rudein drive-thru basically calling me a liar stating that it was impossible. I decided to go inside where he continued to be rude.I then told him I was recording him and he gave me my money back because I told him I was recording him. Never again will we gothere. Was just at this burger king trying to order 2 number 2s texas whopper and the order girl cuts me off to tell me there doing... breakfast. Ok didnt ask wat u guys were severing just make the order the customer gives since the restaurant you work for doesboth lunch and breakfast not only did she cut me off from make make making my order she didn't let me complete it either and tryto act real smug in Friendly about it this store location needs entire you crew with better customer service Read more
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! We pulled up at 1:30pm on 5/15 and strike 1 was we noticed there was a sign on the drive thru... speaker saying they would be closing at 2pm, which is already saying something. Order taker was making references to weed whiletaking our order and flirting with my mother when we got to the window. ?Manager? if that?s what he calls himself came to thewindow and cussed us out because THEY messed up our order multiple times. Pulled off and realized we got served cold productwhich is not at all surprising for any bk location at this point, but this location especially is a disgrace and coroporateneeds to intervene ASAP!
