As a neighbor of this location, they are horrible to live behind. They enable addicts and homeless people to just dwell all day... and night behind their dumpster and leave all kinds of nasty garbage there for us neighbors to clean up. Speaking for most of23rd street we are so annoyed with this fact, we never eat there, even though we could literally walk there. Read more

Fries were stone cold, so I took my fries up to the counter to ask for fresh fries and explained my fries were cold. Without... saying a single word the front lady took my fries off my tray and dunked them back into the other fries that they are stillserving to other people while I'm writing this. First off you can't throw food other people have touched and put into theirmouth into the rest of the food you're serving to other people.... secondly if my fries were cold and nasty to the point where Iasked for not cold and gross fries why would you take them and reserve them to someone else?? This place needs someone to teachpeople how to properly serve food to the general public. Read more
It's ok, not great. Receipts for orders are garbled mess, could not read the Receipt. I wanted to take survey for free whopper... but couldn't because Receipt was messed up. They need better quality Read more
Past: Fresh food. Friendly staff Lately: Horrible What I Ordered: 1 Big Fish combo. 1 Big fish sandwich Missing 2nd sandwich. I... tried calling, but their phone didn't work and according to another Burger King in South Omaha it hasn't worked in a longwhile. So I drove back there with food & drink untouched. The manager who took the order, she proceeds to tell me it's allthere. Upon opening the sandwich..wait for it.... What the Mgr "heard" and I Received: 1 Big Fish combo with TWO fish pattiesin the bun. Who would order such a sandwich? I've never heard of it , but to each his own. That's not me and neither is beinga customer at this Burger King ever again. After giving them 3 tries today , yes 3 Im done. I received a refund after somepushback. I left the untouched food and drink on the counter. If you notice your burgers from this location doesn't have grillmarks it's because I believe they take the frozen patties and throw them in the microwave. Anyone who's ever worked at or eatenat Burger King knows burgers are to be passed through the broiler. Put in the steamer or made to order. In a rush during lunchwe often don't check our receipts or food. Lesson learned. By the time this posts the phone may be working and there may begrill marks on those burgers as I have done my due diligence. I hope some of you find the two fish Patty tales/tails funny.
