Clean location with ample parking and plenty of seating inside. The cashier Erica was very polite, she took orders, cleaned... the lobby and helped make the food. We waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. We ended up leaving WITHOUT our order even though we had already paid. Terrible.

I've been in the area lately so naturally also been frequently stopping at this location. In the am and early pm hours the staff... is great. Friendly, helpful and professional as can be. At night it's a different story. The evening staff clearly hate the job,AND don't like people much. I'm regularly greeted with rude unprofessional attitudes. One drive thru cashier specificallyanswers with "what?" Or "naw?" Or my favorite when you pull up to the order menu board "what's going on?". Highlyunprofessional! There's nothing wrong with a job at Burger King. It's better than a lot of people are doing. But if you don'tlike your job, move on, or at least work in the back where you don't have to interact with the public. Read more
Stood at the counter for 10 min, Didn't get looked at or acknowledged, they were to busy with drive thru and door dash. Guess... u know I left and went next door to Popeyes. Got helped with a smile there right away. Read more

After sitting in drive thru for 30 mins to order. I finally order get my food and pull off. I got home only to discover that... one of my BK fish has no fish on bun just lettuce. I get that everyone is short staffed and did not have problem about the waitbut the fact I had no FISH on my fish sandwich was just ridiculous. Last time I use this location for sure. Read more
