There customer service has been the best me and my son come here all the time it three young men who work there who are polite... and nice, even when the line was long and they were short staff they still apologize for the wait, we normal come around afterschool hours or nite, I wish I knew there name but wants fine out will make another review. Excellent location. My food came out quickly, it was hot & fresh, and the inside of the place was clean and tidy. But more... important than that, all the staff was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Good food, good customer service and the order was right!! Only problem, it was so slow. Waited for about 35 minutes in the... drive through. I think only 2 workers. Burger King as a whole corporation, you better get with it. You budgeted for a whole teamso those 2 workers should get paid a whole team wages. Nobody wants to see Burger King go extinct but if you don't figure outyour staffing issues, the only Burger crowned will be at McDonalds. Js Read more
Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes. They shorted me chicken nuggets. Doors are locked as it was 7:50pm. Called, was told to go... through the driver thru again. Expressed concern about my food getting cold while waiting another 40 minutes. Was told to "justeat it" Not all of my party was with me. So my options are to leave and accept that I paid for food I didn't get. Or eat myfood and get the chicken nuggets and return to home with hot nuggets and 40 minutes old cold fries and burgers? Used the drive-thru on this particular trip... The gentleman at the window was a very patient and cool individual as the Karen... that wasdriving the car in front of me was lettin him have it about taking too long n she used to work at bk and blah blahblah...so props to him and his crew...food was good, service was great...cant expect much more from a fast food place so thereyou have it.
