Had a decent experience. I just stopped in for the restroom but have also purchased items from there. The store is similar to... other Casey?s although this one might be a little larger. Regardless, it is a good store and caries a wide variety of products.The staff were also helpful and seemed to be doing their best despite a large amount of people. The restroom was clean. OverallI enjoyed the experience and had a good customer experience. I would recommend this Casey?s especially as it is the only gasstation right around Village Point. Read more
Hard to buy gas here. 75% of the pumps bagged for years. Busy store but Casey?s doesn?t seem to care about this location
I had trouble paying for gas at a pump so I went inside to prepay. I was charged twice for gas (one I used and the other I... didn?t) and it took several visits and phone calls to try and get my money back? it?s been over a month and I still haven?tgotten it back (I was told it would take 30 days at the most to appear in my account). the same manager every time, i feel for anyone that stop here! Went to this Casey and notice right away the Manager was not... friendly paid for my items and had to ask for a bag and she acted like it was a problem and tossed the bag and my things to me2nd time i stop in she was just being plain rude to a customer in front of me due to being older and not at fast as us youngones (38) . the Last one was i guess a coworker was busy and the system mess up and she was down rite nasty to her. if this iswhat there management is like , i can only imagine wat management above her is like!!! Car wash attendant was great. It is very confusing how they have it set up. There is no signage that says to pay inside. No way... to pay when you pull up. You have to pay at the pump but when I got gas it never gave me that option or you have to pay inside.That would be fine if there was clear signage. The poor guy operating the wash has to run out and check each car?s receipt andexplain how it works over and over. I was blocked in by other cars by the time I realized I couldn?t pay at the car wash. So helet me go through and then go inside and pay. I?m sure people could easily take advantage of this. So I have a thing for Casey?s convenience stores and after finding this one a couple years ago after being tired of the one... nearest my home being out of supplies. I LOVE the staff who work here?my morning girls are super sweet and kind and always in agood mood! (Same goes for jon in the afternoon/evenings.) I know that the French vanilla creamer will ALWAYS be refilled ifthey?re on in the morning. On the rare occasion that something is out of stock, they will find/fill/replace it when I let themknow. The ice, cold French vanilla creamer, and doughnuts for the kids sold me on Caseys, but the staff turned me into a 2x aday regular! Read more
They have a great selection of convenience products. Great pizza. Donuts good also.They should provide at least 2 little... shopping carts. Sometimes I actually buy more than a single snack here. Read more
I gas up here because it's near our house. Over the years, the digital readouts have been damaged so it's getting impossible to... read and answer all the questions. I also need receipts for my company car so have to go inside and wait in line since not allprinters work. It would be nice if they could fix the pumps and outdoor printers. Read more
