Manager wrote on my order ticket to tell me TWICE to not cancel my order because I quote "you have done it in the past" yet when... we tried to call the phone, it must have been off the hook or no longer working? We ordered from Uber eats (we always do) andlast time the app kept saying it was canceled over and over, me and my wife just wanted our food. Cashier was rude, didn't bag half of my items, and refused to split pay. Store is always dirty and it doesn't seem like they... have a functioning AC, as it was 90° inside the store and 70° outside. Read more

Called and ordered a pizza, was told thar the special was a single topping pizza was $10.99. Go to pick up pizza and was... charged $13.49. Neither employee could tell me why I got charged more and didn't want to adjust the price that was advertised. Another location double charged me for the gas I got. Their card reader and chip reader would not accept my debit card from a bank two blocks away from this location yet the very... first time I tried to use my credit card after being denied with my debit card it goes through flawlessly. I did not want to usemy credit card I want to use my debit card thanks. Every time at this location there seems to be some kind of issue going on Iwould not recommend this location. Not a reliable gas station. My husband and I live in this neighborhood and come to this gas station as little as possible. 80%... of our combined experiences here have been negative due to the gas pumps not being open or not working properly. Come onCasey's, you just expanded your business by buying out the Bucky's locations and you need to invest in making sure more thanhalf of your pumps at your current locations are functional. When less than half of your pumps are operational (as of thisevening when we visited out of desperation) can you really call it a gas station or just an inconvenience store. Read more
They've taken over a lot of the gas stations in Omaha, and it's been a couple of weeks already. Yet, they still are constantly... out of stock on everything! Most shelves in the drinks section are empty every time I have stopped by, they maybe have a sliceor two of pizza available but it's missing half of the toppings (poorly made), and if you're looking for their house made cookieor brownies, forget it.
