Today I witnessed a customer fully lose it on 2 different staff members today about how they are rude and slow. Let me tell you,... I've picked up door dash orders at 3 different chick-fil-a locations and this one BY FAR has the nicest, quickest, and mosthelpful employees. They keep it running like a well oiled machine during rushes with dine in guests, pick up orders, and thedrive-thru. Let it be a lesson to give people a little grace when you can see they are slammed with orders. This location rocks,I appreciate all of the staff members! Read more
Choose another fast food restaurant nearby and don't go out of your way to go here because their pickup procedure is deplorable.... They have a rack for pickup orders but it's not reachable by delivery drivers. I spoke to a worker about which order I had andhe walked away and kept helping other people all the while there was a bag on the delivery driver shelf just sitting there. Itwasn't until a while later I mentioned to another worker that I was waiting for an order in that order is still sitting thereand that was when the order came to me. I provided feedback in store to the employee who didn't seem to even register or careabout what I said therefore I will not go to this place again this place has nothing on the one on 125th and Dodge.. This Chick Fil A is one of the best run in the area. People are always friendly and the food is always perfect. Clean... restaurant. There is almost always a line in the drive thru but they do a great job of keeping it moving. If you pull up to aline, don't worry, you'll move quick. Read more
Even though this is an extremely busy area at times I always get my food at this location very timely and everything is always... extremely clean and people are extremely friendly. Their little play area for kids is open in the back and is always clean andI'm never worried. I will also say I'm very impressed with the customer service. We got here at 10:32 and breakfast had justended and the manager went in the back and made sure that they could still make the thing on the breakfast menu for us. It'sjust one of those things where they could have easily enforced that it was now lunch time and no longer breakfast ...but goingabove and beyond when my kids were looking forward to their hash browns, which are delicious, just made it better.
