Don't order ahead. You'll wait 15-20 minutes after your pickup time for your order to be ready. Happens constantly. It's gotten... to the point that I drive the extra miles to the Elkhorn location because it's a better use of my time. Read more

I'm my opinion Chipotle has gone down hill with service and quality. I got chips and queso, the chips were stale and the small... amount of queso was very gritty, not smooth and runny like it used to be. My daughter's loved getting the quesadilla it was flatand very good. Now it's just a block of melted greasy cheese, not good at all. This was our go to for "fast food" Mexican, notanymore. Read more
Currently the mild options are very spicy which doesn't work well for our kids. We have not had great outcomes using the app and... picking up food in the store. Our food has looked very haphazardly thrown together and not very appealing. Read more
This Chipolte store is poorly run. The wait time in line is often over 10 minutes, sometimes as much as 15-20 minutes even... during off hours. Employees place emphasis on phone order tickets despite dine-in customers standing right in front of them. Iunderstand the West Center Road store has a designated area for preparing phone orders, but most of the staff on West Mapleappear disinterested and disengaged. Easily the worst Chipolte location I've been to (and I've been to a lot). Nothing fastabout lunch at this store. Read more
I have tried so many time to like this chipotle but have nothing but issues with this location. I placed my order online through... the app about 20-25 mine prior to my arrival. I arrived about 5 minutes after the eta my order was said it should be ready. Iwaited for another 10 minutes before having to go to the counter to ask the person running the register if he could check on myorder. A gentleman had come out from the back and went to the pickup shelf. He found another customers order sitting there tookit in the back and said they had backed it wrong and this was my order. I took it and got home and it was definitely not myorder. It was probably the original customers order who probably ended up with my order instead. I would not normally complainor leave a review but this is probably the 6th time I have had issues with this same location. I also place orders at the 132ndand center location and never have issues. I could order my meal 5 min before arrival and it would probably be ready. At thislocation I might as well show up a half hour after the estimated time of I want to only have to wait 5 min for my order to bedone. Today in the time I waited for my order I could have gone through the main line 3 times and been gone !!!! How is thatpossible? I walked in at my scheduled pickup time and then waited for 20 minutes while they lackadaisically helped a number of other... customers who walked in after me. None of the staff had any sense of customer service. There wasn't even an apology for the waitwhen they knew I was standing there waiting. Terrible experience. Read more
