I got out of class late and wasn't gonna be there til 855. Not wanting to be rude in case they had started to close, I called at... 845 and asked if I could pick up an ice cream at 855. The employee was really understanding and said okay, let him know theorder, and I could come in and grab it when I got there. Nice employee and super helpful! Would definitely go back. Read more
Considering this Cold Stone also has a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory inside it as well, makes this a dangerous and very... tempting location for a sugar overload coma. They would not honor my punch card, which was a little disappointing. Asreferenced in other posts, the ice cream is on the expensive side, so every little bit helps to keep me coming back, but it isalso _really_ good. Read more
Got a disgusting stale waffle cone and barely 1/4th of a scoop of the flavours I chose. I finished it with 10 spoonfuls, there... was barely any ice cream. Not to mention, there was barely any flavour, I thought I had covid. Not worth 9$. Disappointing whengood food places change like this. Read more

Today I had vanilla and pistachio with KitKat toppings but for some reason pistachio is not really good. I think there might be... a lot of artificial flavoring in it. I didn't like it. I went and told them about my concern, they immediately took that intoconsideration and have me a new Ice-cream. This time I didn't wanna take any risk so I went with Vanilla Ice cream.
