Worst pizza around....delivery times have been horrible..on line delivery app is apparently not linked with stores..last order... send it was delivered and hadn't even left the store...as well one of the last pizzas was missing cheese and other topping on1/3 of the pizza. When called the store they seemed annoyed that i called ???? ????...last three times trying...sameresults..corporate keeps trying to give points or pizzas dor fing up but whats the point if the never get it right. smh Read more

3 hour delivery time consistantly slower by significant amount than predicted delivery estimate in the tracker or email. They... don't have employees. Read more

Ordered the pizza 30 mins before close, live less than 2 blocks away. Waited over an hour for the pizza, had to stay up for it.... Delivery driver ended up stealing it?says delivered and was never brought to us. Called the store and he said she was on the way100%, still never came?. Thanks for taking our money and sleep?it?s now 1am on a Tuesday after a long day of travel and work inthe morning. Good job stealing from a customer. I hope someone is fired. Read more
1 driver on the Fourth of July. Makes a lot of sense. Sounds like the manager should?ve been delivering too. Gotta step up in... this day and age. No one likes to work. Hour passes by for a sandwich and wings. So I call, and Daniel says that it?s going tobe another 40 minutes. 18 orders on 1 driver. If I was the driver I?d look at that as a fat payday. That?s just my mentalitythough. I should?ve just gotten carry out. My house is maybe 2 minutes away. So that part is on me. But I mean when you?repaying a 4$ delivery fee for a 2 minute drive; it refutes the whole thing. I miss living in Elkhorn. Those guys absolutely killit. Placed an order for delivery tonight through the app, wait time of 60-75 minutes. That passed and I called when it was a little... over half an hour late and had not left for delivery even though it came out of the oven an hour prior. I tried to call twice,no answer. Since we didn't know if/when we were getting our food, we ended up picking up something else. It eventually arrivedand the driver was apologetic. I don't blame her or the staff that was working. If the owners/upper management can't come in andwork in an emergency to fill in due to short staffing, they need to increase their wait estimates, figure out a way to easilycommunicate delays to customers, offer carry out only, or something. They shouldn't put their employees in the position to haveto deal with that. Clearly a lack of leadership at the highest levels. After I submitted a complaint to corporate, they emailedme back and said the notes showed that a manager had called me. They did not - that was a lie. So I responded and never heardback. They really don't care about winning our business back. Read more
