I could give less that a 5 star because my order was slightly messed up but I appreciate what these guys did. Besides the food... being yummy! I have to quarantine because of COVID and got delivery. The contactless delivery was fantastic and easy andinstead of a 2 liter Diet Coke I received a Sprite. No biggie to me, Ive worked food and slip ups happen. Wasn't going to callin or say anything cause I could still drink it. While I'm eating I get an email with options for coupons because they hadmessed up. I didn't even call or submit anything, I assume whoever the Sprite was going to called in and realized I got thewrong thing. Regardless I was surprised that they proactively remedied it for me without me saying anything. Very classy/topnotch. Everything else besides the pop was exactly what we ordered and delicious. Ordered on Oct 27th, was canceled due to no drivers. It's Nov 17th and still no refund. On hold for 2+hours to talk to a... manager. Wondering if they even have a manager at this point Read more
I called right after my order was placed to let them know the app didn't take my code for the free pizza and after ringing... forever it was answered and put on hold. I waited for 20 minutes before they picked up my call and hung up the phone without aword. If you don't have any people skills you should find new jobs! Ridiculous! On their site if you have a problem, call themanager, it's the same freaking number! Read more
Pizza was slightly burnt and they went very light on the toppings. Staff was not very friendly and order wasn't ready on time,... took an additional 15 minutes... Would not recommend. Read more
Pizza is your standard Domino?s fair. I always pick my order up and haven?t had the issues other have shared. I will say that... if you show up right when the order tracker says your order is ready, it never is. Always give them an extra 3-5 mins after theorder tracker says ready. Read more
I have called 3 times to talk to a manager since my post, have been left on eternal hold each time, who does business like... this? They should have their franchise terminated. I have sent a letter to Dominos corporate. Missed guarantee time by 20minutes, both pizzas were cold, cheese dip was so over cooked/burnt there was only 3 tablespoons of cheese to eat, buffalochicken was over cooked and cold, called the store, they really didn?t care. Got a free pizza because they missed guaranteetime, will never go back, don?t waste your money ordering from this store. Read more
I want to start with the fact that we usually have a pleasant experience here. However tonight we got pizza where the crust... tasted old. The cheese on both pizzas barely covered the pizza, an entire slice of one had no cheese and hardly any sauce. Thesecond pizza was supposed to be half cheese and half pineapple, it had pineapples across the whole thing and my son wouldn't eatit. The pizza itself tasted the worst it has since we've ordered from here. Read more
I ordered food 11/23/22 and it never was delivered. It told me to make a report so I did and still haven't heard anything. Tried... to call and was told to call back. All I was offered was from online services a twenty percent off coupon. Read more
