Great place! Staff is always amazing! I got home and noticed I was missing onion rings. Called and spoke with GM and she was so... friendly and apologetic. She ask if I wanted to come back and get them or if I would rather be mailed a card for a return visit.I opted for a card for my next visit since I didn't want to drive back. Amazing! Don and Millie?s is pretty good but tonight we went for the first time in quite awhile. We got our food and headed home to eat... and my husbands chicken sandwich was RAW. It?s just super disappointing, to spend good money and get low quality food. Read more

When I moved to Omaha. People told me that Don & Millie's was a go to place. I have tries a few times and no more. Each time the... service was very much lacking. Employees smoking in the drive thru and busy on their phones. When you finally get help. They areextremely rude and show you how much you annoy them being there. I question why this is acceptable to the company. For the lackof customer service and quality of product. Save money and go some place else. Read more
This location is an embarrassment. Always screwing stuff up. I got a taco salad and wanted a large bowl of extra cheese on the... side. They charged me 2 dollars for a small cup and when I told the manager that gave me my food I wanted the bowl size like Iordered and she said this is our large and left it at that. Do you all always rip people off and not listen to them when theyliterally tell you the size and show you with their hands when ordering so you don't screw it up.
