This is the worst Dunkin location in town. Drive farther if you need to. It takes 30min or more to get an order and the staff... has no motivation. Corporate management should come in and evaluate the staff. Also, once you are in the drive thru... Goodluck. You will be there a long time! Read more
Was in here today shortly after lunch time. I get that places are short staffed but the people working literally showed no... ambition and seemed bothered by having to wait on customer. I received probably the rudest most unfriendly service I'vereceived anywhere today. If I was the manager here I'd be embarrassed by the two working. Read more
I went into the drive thru and waited for nearly 50 min. There is no way to get out of the drive thru. You are stuck there.... Owner needs to hire more people or pay them a fair wage to keep them there. There are only 3 people working the store. Read more
I was in the drive through for close to 30 mins. I thought maybe this was an unusual occurrence, but the fact that the employee... did not apologize for the long and inconvenient wait concludes that this Dunkin? doughnuts does not know how to function at afast pace. This is the most convenient location on my way to work. Everything with out a doubt the staff is rude, basically throws the... orders at you out the drive thru window. They never have donuts and large cups. The drive thru line is ALWAYS a LONG wait. Read more
Today was my last visit to this Dunkin?. My wife and I have been going to this location multiple times a week for months now.... The front doors are routinely locked because there?s not enough staff manning the store. They are regularly out of large icedcups. Nearly every time they?re out of something. None of this is reflected in the app, so I?m constantly having to acceptsubstitutes or simply just eat the loss. I once called the corp. office for a refund and they promised they?d send me a giftcard. I never got it. It?s too bad, cuz I like their coffee. Read more
To anyone who wants to leave a bad review. I've worked at a Dunkin before and it's not all butterflies and rainbows like you all... seem to think. Something not being available isn't the employees fault, it is the managements. Food taking too long is becausethey make it fresh for you all. It's not already made for you to eat. Be grateful to those employees. Oh! and if they're givingyou an " attitude" maybe think about how you've treated them. Sometimes those ? unenthusiastic? employees have been overworkedand underpaid (they make less than $12). Read more
