I?m not normally one to complain, but the evening staff tonight was very rude. We pulled in the drive through about an hour... before closing and ordered two items and some breadsticks with a large thing of sauce, the sauce cup was less than half full,and the man tending the drive through was extremely rude. He kept glaring at me like I had committed a felony or something threwmy card and receipt at me, and while we were ordering was sighing and cutting me off trying to rush us out. I get it, I?veworked in the food industry and it sucks having to work Saturday nights, but that does not give you a right to give terribleservice. Read more

I have always enjoyed Fazoli?s food. The restaurant is usually clean and staff is friendly. I?m a noodle and meatball guy and I... get the spaghetti. But today, a three inch black hair in meatball number one killed it for me. Im a blond so I know it?s notmine. Obviously, the meatball cook is not keep his hat on when it should be. Cmon people! We went into your store on Wednesday June 22nd 2022 it was 9:40 and the staff was trying to get ready and close. But when we... went in they were very polite and courteous they went right to work getting our order ready fast and efficient we got ourorder in no time it was hot and very good. Tony was really awesome! Hes very kind and joyful, and was able to break in some humor naturally in conversation, his dialogue... didn't seem regurgitated or rehearsed I hadn't been to fazolis in a long time and he made it a great experience. I ordered thebaked chicken parmesan with penne and it was delicious. It's unfortunate that they discontinued their Cesar Salad, but they keptthe dressing at least so you can almost get there Read more
