Quick service. It was a very clean place. The staff working hard to get the product out.
I ordered online to pickup just as I?ve done many times before. When I arrived, just past the pickup time, my order was not... there. I waited a few minutes and then the General Manager, Brandon, asked what I was waiting for and I told him I had a carryout order. He said it wasn?t in the system and suggested maybe it was ordered for a future date. I assured him that the date,time and store location was correct. I tried to show him the receipt I received from Firehouse Subs for the order but he said ifit didn?t print him out a ticket he couldn?t make the order and that further more he was done talking about it. This all tookplace in front of other customers. My wife received the same treatment when she tried to talk to him. So they have my money andI have no food. I called corporate and they saw the order in the system and wasn?t sure why Brandon would react as he did. I amwaiting to hear from the store owner but have doubts as to whether I?ll ever go back there again. Too bad because it was veryconvenient and reliable in the past. Read more
The food is delicious! But... every employee had an earbud in listening to music,so they couldn't hear what I was saying, had to... repeat myself several times. I came well after the lunch rush, not many people in there, but I had to wait for a while for 1sandwich. Read more

To start off this review I love Firehouse Subs. They support our firefighters which I really like since I have a family member... who is a firefighter. I would normally give Firehouse Subs locations a five star because of how good their sandwiches are. Thislocation I gave a four star rating because of their communication error. I asked for a large club on a sub sandwich my go tosandwich for this type of restraunt and was served a medium. I checked the receipt and they charged me for a medium which in theend I was not too sad about because of how fulfilled I was in the end. It can be pretty hard to communicate with the barriers Itotally understand because I also work behind a plexiglass barrier at Starbucks but I thought that I was loud and clear enough.In the end this location is good and would have gotten a five star rating from me if it was not for that incident but the staffwas still extremely nice. Worst brisket and cheddar sub I've ever had at any of their locations. I'm not sure there was even actual brisket on my... sandwich. There was so little filling in the sandwich, it was like 80% bread, which is not what Firehouse usually does. Mac ncheese was also subpar. I'm not a fan of this location. :( Read more
Better than Subway but Chiptle and pepper jack have more kick to them Average full sub around$10 which puts them on the high... end, not wowed but it is good. Read more
I?ve tried to call for about an hour to make a to go order and got no answer so had to go in, which I figured they were either... busy or having issues with their phone, when I got there it was dead. So I decided to try and call the phone and it rang without an issue, then I had to sit for a good 15 minutes for my order which wouldn?t be a big deal if there wasn?t an option tocall ahead..
