Will never go back to this location! Ordered potato soup and got home , it was sour! Waited forever to get 2 sandwiches done. We... were the only 2 people ordering. There were 2 young guys ( teens) . Super slow and could not multi task . Got home and both ofour breads were soggy on our sandwiches. I know it was from the kid not preparing our sandwiches right. I watched him take themeat out of the water/steamer and put it straight on the bread. It?s so frustrating and unacceptable to be this incompetent.Manager, you need to retrain your staff or get out on the front line to make sure they are performing properly! Read more
So by my count there are more than 8 freaking people here sitting with receipts awaiting their orders as the stoned to the bone... employees meander around fulfilling online orders and forsaking the inside customers completely. Food is great though when theytoast it right. Read more

Inside was super clean. All the staff were super friendly. From the lady taking my order to the person making my sub. Italian... sub was excellent. Crispy lettuce. Tomatoes were fresh. No wilted/mushy gross veggies like I have had from other sub shops.Will be back. Read more

The food was lacking without hardly any toppings I ordered on my sub sandwich (only a few olives and few small cut up pickles... etc.). I asked for extra vinegar and extra mustard on the sub sandwich. There wasn't extra added thus, I needed to go get someextra mustard (in a small cup) and also have them add (more vinegar to the sub sandwich). Also, I was met with someone arguingthat she did put extra of them both on the sub sandwich. Read more
