When we came in, they were already mopping the floors and there was excess liquid all over but they were still open for another... 1 hour at least. Overall the employees were extremely lazy and provided a negative atmosphere. The food was decent but my shakewas not even stirred at all. Went here. Waited till 11:05 and they open at 11 am. The employees were inside behind the counter and just looking at us... waiting at the door. We knocked. No response. So we walked back to our car and got in. Then they walked over and unlockedthe doors. Nope. Not going back in. And no longer going here for burgers. Culver's, here we come. Read more

Customer service could use some work. Some tables were dirty as people don?t know how to pick up after themselves. The food is... another story. Fresh, made to order and worth the wait. It was our first time eating at a Five Guys. The gentleman who took our order was very nice and helpful. We ordered 2 burgers, 1... lg fry and a lg soda. The food is made fresh to order and tasted delicious. The total of our order was $38, so it's a littlemore pricey but the burger was perfect and the amount of fries that we received was more than we could eat. The restaurant wasclean and the employees were friendly. All n all a good first experience. Read more
Customer service was terrible! I tried to order 2 large fries and the cashier told me that the large would feed a family of 5!!!... So I got 1 order. When I saw how little fries we got, I sent my daughter to get a second "large" order. Needless to say youcould see the difference. She got at least 3 time more fries! I paid $6.98 for large fries that fed 2 of my kids. While we werewaiting for our food a couple walked in and we could hear one female employee rolled her eyes and said "ugh, here come 2more" My family walked in there at 7:30pm and thae other couple walked in around 7:40pm. You could tell they were eager to gohome and did not want to serve more customers! I am not the one to write a bad review on any business, but this experience wasnot pleasant at all. Ordered three burgers, all three were wrong. Staff was cussing and yelling at each other and disrespectful. Place was dirty. I... don?t know what?s happened to the place but from about a year to 1.5yrs ago to now it has gone down hill. Five guys came inclutch when you wanted a good burger fast but after that experience not again and I?d probably steer anyone else away unless youlike to be disrespected and have a messed up order ???????????
