Did a GrubHub order had no issues on that. Ordered no onions on burger and it had onions, ordered no mustard and came with... mustard. The food came out quickly & was hot & delicious! First time trying Freddy?s and it was a great experience. Workers were cleaning... throughout our whole meal and the whole store was clean. The manager came to check on us throughout the meal. Overall a greatexperience and will be returning next time I?m in town. Read more

One of our favorite restaurants to eat at! We did arrive shortly after they opened (half hour after opening time) but think we... were first customers inside? I have eaten at Freddy's a handful of times since it's grand opening a few years back. I have always found the food and their... signature custards quite tasty. However, I do believe that the portion sizes and prices are lacking and could use someattention. Given that the cheapest combo meal starts out at around $10, you would expect a hefty size burger. When in comparisonto a McDonald's McDouble, it's probably not too far off. In result, it appears that they have attempted to compensate/offset thelack of burger meat with larger portion sizes of fries. Read more

I love freddy's and haven't had an experience I was disappointed enough with to say something until today. Sat in the drive... through over 20 minutes, paid over $10, got shorted fries and got an entire onion slice on my salt lick of a sandwich.Admittedly the onion complaint is a bit of a nitpick as I'd rather get too much onion than not enough, but I am glad I took thebun off before biting into it. I'd expect to be disappointed if I were ordering off the $1 menu at McDonald's, but not here. Theburger being overly salty and the small pinch of fries are the main bummer here. Read more
