Ordered a simple large Hamburger black olive a mushroom..... was burnt and next to no mushrooms. Asked for plates napkins cheese... and red flakes..... 4 plates.... 2 cheese 2 flakes. ... Great food, just horrible service. Ordered online and arrived when it said the food should be ready and was told it would be 5... minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I ask for an update and get told it was just going in the oven now and would be at least 15minutes. This wouldn?t have bugged me so much if I hadn?t seen 6 employees playing on their phones while 1 guy did all the work.Doubt I will order from this location again. Read more
I?m sure my money will not make a difference to any Godfathers, but there is one in particularly that has become the worst.... Aksarben plaza Godfathers over the last nine to twelve months has become a nightmare when it comes to ordering. There aremultiple employees during dinner hours I have experienced very stressful experiences with that it has become almost dreadful tocall my nearest Godfathers. Examples of my experiences range from ordering and then not having my pizzas ready or ordered in thesystem, not having phone calls answered during normal operating hours with repeated calls until the call is answered by anirritable employee with a stern voice, being told to call back to only not have my phone call answered or being told they arenot making more pizzas, when there is approximately an hour left before close, and being hung up on while attempting to know whyI can not order pizzas. I have always been a fan of Godfathers from having large party?s to a small family dinner, but I havenever felt this upset/angry as I did today from being being told ?we are not taking orders? and me wanting to ask them aquestion and then they followed with an ?ok? and hung up on me. Just wow! So much was wrong with this experience. Let's start w the cashier who didn't know how to work the cash register or how... much a nickel was worth. He short changed me and when I asked for a copy of the receipt, he wanted me to sign it, for a cashtransaction. Sigh. I counted my change back to him and all he said was do you want me to get the manager. Yep. Manager didn'tcare. Unlocked the register and walked away. I looked right at the cashier and asked him how he felt about his manager notcaring that he was never trained correctly. He said Whatever. Awesome!! The young cashier then asked me how much a nickel wasworth. Seriously?? We will never attempt this Godfathers again. Sad really that management has no worries that their staff iswoefully untrained. Was ok looking place clean and all. But I went for salad bar and they no longer have. Also ordered the special paid extra for... extra on the taco pizza and didn't receive extra. Service was very slow and we had to keep asking for each item. And we were theonly customers. Do not like location and since the service was bad, We won't be retuning. $ 66 for two pizzas and a cold cookiewith drizzle with bad service is simply not good business. Read more
The pizza is great and the service is very good as well. The meals they offer are a good way to make your trip relatively... inexpensive while still getting something delicious! Also the cheese sticks are great and the marinara sauce may be the bestI?ve ever had. Read more

The cheesey bread was buttery, but not very cheesey. I don't know... It wasn't like the Godfather's back home. The food quality... of Godfathers in Missouri outshines the Godfather's here. We definitely ate the entire monkey bread before leaving withoutleftovers, though. It was really really buttery and delicious. The pizza was nothing great, but definitely still tasty, betterthan Domino's, and they served it hot. Read more
