DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE WITH GRUBHUB....tried three times and every time there was major issues. One of my delivery drivers even... said that the staff made it very clear that they were not willing to help for pick up orders....super disappointing since I lovethis Hy Vee. Read more
It was dinner time approximately 630pm. Food was old and the appearance was dried out. The Chinese selection was bad and the... cook would not make anything fresh for several customer requests that I witnessed. There were no lids for cups. Tables were notcleaned well. The staff behind the counter were friendly but there was not much they could do to change the food experience.They said that they were rationing out chicken to the kitchen area. Shame on you Hy-Vee! We are the people that support yourstore! We understand food prices are going up but we still want quality food if we're choosing to eat out instead of cooking athome and paying for that service. Stopped in for breakfast and the place was busy. I ordered a "Morning Melt" which was rather tasty but it took 50 minutes to get... it out to the table. The waitress left me sit there, with nothing to drink" and no updates on when to expect my food anddrink. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff kept the tables wiped down, but not the chairs or benches. Read more
The staff is friendly as always and the dining area was clean. The food came out quick, cooked well and was delicious. Those are... the positives. I tried out 3 chairs at a table of 4 and all of them wobbled badly. Paid over $9 for a drink, 2 eggs, 2 sausagepatties, and 2 8" pancakes. Overpriced for the amount of food IMO. I like paying first then sitting down to receive the food. Ihope they continue that method instead of having a server. Read more
Stopped to have a drink and eat before shopping and I was pleasantly suprized at the quality of food and my 2.00 sangria. You... can sit in the back of the restaurant with your own food that you buy in the grocery part or let the bartender know you arethere for a serviced meal. Read more
A men's small group enjoyed their MGE breakfast menu and atmosphere to catch up with one another, share our testimony and... Scriptures. I found their Garden Skillet & coffee sufficient sustenance to power my weekend workday; more than enough to splitit less my coffee. Shared, would be closer to bargain breakfast. The seating area allowed free conversations and ample space foreating & enjoying morning beverages. Read more
