I love HyVee. Before I come into town, I always pre-order party trays, then pick them up. I enjoy the professional employees... there. Never a bad experience throughout the years. I've also ordered through the Floral Department. Very delighted. Nicedeliveries from employees as well, to recipients. HyVee scores high on my list of priorities. 10+! After spending so much on the groceries then scan and bag yourself. What happened to a helpful smile in every aisle? No one was... smiling and they need more people at front counter since there are very few registers with employees why can't they put morepeople here? Read more
Clean store. Great employees but they are way to expensive. I hate the way they run ads. Such as one day only deals. You can't... get these ads on line. Just feel customers are being played. I won't be wasting my money there. Read more
In 10+ years, nothing but good experiences. This Hy-Vee is an awesome location. My family and I shopped here exclusively before... and during the pandemic and have stayed loyal customers afterwards. They have a great selection of fresh produce, assortedgroceries, and a fantastic meat counter. The pharmacy service is excellent, and the urgent care clinic is our go-to when ourkids have had strep in the past. Most importantly, they pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service. 7/5 Edit: I'm sick as a dog and ordered grocery delivery. First, thank you for offering that service. Second, Hy-Vee's... instructions say that we can add additional items up to four hours before delivery. My delivery was scheduled for 4 PM. At 2 PM,I had an appointment where the doctor suggested that I get Flonase for my sinuses. Knowing that I am well beyond the 4 hr timetable, and honestly having no idea if Hy-Vee even sells Flonase, I sent a text asking if they could add it to the order. After alittle bit they reply that they were able to add it to the order! Thank you! Adding items last minute like this is absolutelynot guaranteed, and admittedly makes the team's life a little more hectic. I wanted to offer a sincere thank you for going aboveand beyond to help me out when I was sick and miserable. Read more
I?m not from Nebraska but Hy-Vee is AWESOME! Great grocery bakery. They also have restaurants food bars a burger restaurant... liquor store and more! Large selection and friendly employees! Read more
We order online frequently, and while we have this issue in the store as well, it's harder to tell until we are home with pick... up. The groceries are frequently bagged without any care. Bread keeps showing up in bags like this, or with cans/boxes. Powdercleaners are bagged with liquids. There was a box of cereal just sitting on top of groceries and another bag of cereal underother bags by itself. Another bag was ripped at the handle. Concerns about this have been brought up before and we got anapology, but clearly nothing has changed. Read more
This used to be my favorite store. It's not bad but for some reason they have all the online shoppers taking inventory off the... shelves out in the store. If you aren't there before noon, the things you're looking for might be gone. It's gettingfrustrating. Read more
