Very nice store. The set up is different then most grocery stores as the aisles are shorter.

I agree with the previous poster - but mine is more like 80% of the time by online order is messed up. Tonight is the final... straw - I ordered my groceries at 8:30 am to be picked up between 7:00-7:30 pm as that is the time I would be in town. Ireceived a text message at 6:45 pm telling me my order way delayed by more than 45 mins. I was not planning to be in townanother hour. So, here I am, already late and now I have no groceries. Completely unorganized, unprofessional. Although it?s notas bad as the time I was alerted my groceries were available to be picked up only to show up and my order was ?missing.? I wascharged but my order was gone. I wasn?t dressed to go into the store at that point and gather the items I needed thatevening. Of course there have been other minor nuisances along the way too. The best meat tray makers of all Omaha and all Hy-Vee's. Must say this pacific street store has the best management team... around. They truly care about their customers. I will only be shopping here at the Pacific street store from now on. Keep upthe great work and service! Read more
I had a surprise Birthday Party for someone this weekend and ordered a bunch of appetizers and a cake from Hy-vee. The Catering... Manager Jen worked with me to help me get the right number of appetizers and salads. While I am always disappointed when fastfood burger never looks like the commercial, Hy-vees appetizers and salads came out picture perfect, everything was fresh andtheir was plenty of it. In addition, their delivery was right on time. One more thing, I worked with Terry in the bakery toorder a birthday cake and only gave a rough idea of what I wanted. Hy-vee blew it out of the park. The cake was perfect, farbetter than I had imagined. I deffinately recommend Hy-vee for your cateting needs. Read more
