This place is bad. The Mac and cheese was watery with over cooked noodles and the sauce for the chicken strips was absolutely... distasteful. This place needs some work in the kitchen. It is also very overpriced for the quality of food I received and I wishI could get a refund. $25 for a kids meal and a large watered down Mac n cheese, the only thing nice was the fries. I won’t beback again. Thanks! Read more

Nice place. We had a larger group, and had a table in a room in the back which was nice. The service was good. I heard the short... rib tacos were good, so I had them. They were alright, and the side of smoked gouda Mac n cheese was hot, and just ok. I readbefore coming here that the bruschetta was not very good. I agree. It was not to my liking. The coconut chicken salad was goodaccording to my aunt. And almost all in the group was satisfied with their food and service. Not everyone though. I personallywas not impressed enough to re visit this restaurant. Read more

It is very rare that I’d leave a negative food review, however that was the worst food of my ENTIRE life. A gas station hot... dog would have been a better choice. I ordered bruschetta, which the bread wasn’t toasted or baked so it was completely soggy.I also ordered steak and I am certain that it must have been something way back in the freezer from years ago with freezer burn.I have never been served a gray steak that looked like it was cooked on a George Foreman before, but I guess there’s a firstfor everything. The steak literally was not edible and I was afraid from the small bite I did attempt I was going to get foodpoisoning. The server acknowledged that it wasn’t good and that there had been other complaints that day regarding the steak. She offered to bring me something else, which I said literally anything that’s simple and edible. She brought me an appetizerplate with the next grossest thing I have ever ate, coconut chicken. Yes, an appetizer sized plate of over fried coconut chickenand fries. I’ve had their coconut chicken salad in the past and that was good, this was not. I forced myself to eat onebecause I was starving and asked for the bill. For my troubles she took off $8 ????. I spent $40 on food I couldn’t even eat.$40 worth of fries is a new one for me. No thanks. Read more

One of my other favorite restaurants in Omaha. Locally owned. Excellent food, great service! Lately I've been doing takeout.... Inside there is space at the bar to sit, or around the restaurant, tables and booths. Tastefully decor, flat screens, greatadult atmosphere, great place to hang out with friends or after work. Please don't forget to tip that 20%, I still do even forpick up. Someone, took my order, made sure it was correct, made it with care, packaged it up. People who work in restaurantsfrom my understanding don't necessarily make minimum wage. They depend on your tips! Read more

I generally avoid ordering steaks at restaurants unless it's an actual high-end steakhouse, but was hangering for some on... Saturday night and decided I'd give the Steak Frites a try. Was actually pleasantly surprised. The cut of meat was greatquality, and it was cooked just right. Fries were good, and my girlfriend's Crab Cake salad was delicious (according to her).Atmosphere and service were great as well! All in all, I would return. Read more

Went to Jams on Friday for lunch with a family member. We ordered Ginger Pork Pot Stickers as an appetizer. They came very... quickly and looked fantastic. Pretty sure these were prefabricated, but they were good and the hoisin/BBQ sauce was good. Wetasted the slaw, but it was very bland. We both ordered salads, a Dave's and a Coconut Chicken. They both looked beautiful, and the portions were large. We were both very disappointed in the flavor, though. They tasted like nothing, as if there wasno dressing at all. It was there, but it was barely perceivable. I finally had to ask for some vinegar to try to give it alittle kick. The vinegar helped, but it really didn't help that much. Didn't bother to finish either salad. Service was good,as expected. Our orders came out quickly and with a smile. Server was attentive as the restaurant wasn't very busy. Value? Nope! $35 for two bland, tasteless salads is ridiculous. It's OK if they had been at least tasty. Won't be going to Jamsagain. Read more

Haven't been to this location before, but I'm glad I did because I ran into one of the coolest restaurant patrons I see other... places. JD is a special Olympian who gave me his album while I was dining here. I ordered the Ginger pork pot stickers and itwas really good! Not everybody is nice to JD, but a lot of the staff are super warm and welcoming to him so that's what makesthis place extra special! Read more
