Where did Customer Service Go??? I stood in front of menu for 2-3min then waited for another 3-5min for someone to acknowledge... me(not even a hello walking in). 6 people behind counter until I got frustrated and said ?Does anyone work here?? I got the big kahuna during the lunch rush, knowing that hit subs are made to order that there would be a wait. My wait was... very reasonable and when I was called to get my order, they dropped a brownie in my bag saying "for the wait." I thanked himand wants to say it wasn't necessary. 10/10 customer service and do recommend this location. Read more
I've been eating at Jersey Mike's for years and have been to at least 30 different locations. This is by far the best one I've... been to. It was clean, fast, and the food was fresh. They really brought back the term sandwich artist. The guy that made oursandwich was so fast, nice and friendly. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's and specifically this location. I was at the 180th St location in Omaha today about 11:30. There was already a line of about 10 other customers. The man... taking orders, cutting the meat and cheeses and making the sandwiches was amazing! His name is Kenny and appeared to theManager and if, not he should be. He was professional, polite and incedibly efficient. The 3 young men working behind thecounter with him were stuggling a bit to keep up, but he was kind and patient with them. He really needs to be commended for ajob well done. Somebody is going to snatch him up to come work for them.....just watching his interaction with the customers andcoworkers made me say "wow". The club sub with moist turkey, yummy ham and crispy bacon is my go-to! I always add lettuce, oregano, banana peppers and their... cherry pepper relish- which is delightful ???? super filling sandwich with fresh ingredients and super soft bread. Read more
This location is always incredibly busy but I've always gotten in and out in a reasonable time given how many orders they have... in person and online orders they receive. Customer service has been great the last couple times I've gone. I didn't getanyone's names but the lunch crew has been incredibly friendly and working really fast to get everyone their food quickly.
