I go for the #4 Turkey with regular toppings. To me it's just a nice clean filling sandwich!
The service was like a bad microwave burrito. Warm on the outside and cold on the inside. They were welcoming and pleasant when... leaving. This is the first time I had to bag my own order and the gentlemen were not pleasant. The food was ok. I guess I haveunrealistic expectations from other Jimmy John's in Omaha. Read more
Just stopped in to try and get a sandwich inside today manger let me know that they close the lobby at sundown because they have... a history of getting robbed. Glad they are keeping themselves safe! I just went thru the drive thru and same amazing sandwiches.So surprised at all these bad reviews drive thru is always an option and if staff need to lock the door for safety it shouldn?tbe an issue none the less I love jimmy Johns Expecally this location! They forgot my chips on my order. Didn't want to inconvenience their employees and make them drive back. I told them just wanted... the chips refunded. The manager was kinda rude on the phone about it when I said "excuse me?" because I didn't hear what hesaid. To which he started to yell in the phone. He offered me a store credit but it wouldn't be applied to my account? Seemedreally strange. Idk man, weird they cant just refund for the chips but instead to make their employees drive all way back out todeliver a bag of chips. Mind you, I just didn't want to pay for something I didn't get. I felt like the situation was madehostile by manager. They brought the chips and someone aggressively banged his fist on my door. Like not a normal knock. Iguess, pop off Jimmy Johns. They are the worst Jimmy John's you could ever try to get food from. You could walk from the other side of town quicker than... they deliver and they really don't seem to put any care into the work or quality of what they're doing. If you're to saysomething or call in questioning respectfully, you will also see what they consider customer service. Truly aweful order or dineit at any other location. Read more
SLOW! Takes them 20-30 minutes to drive 1.5 miles. They used to be good, however in the lat 6 months, their service has been... slow and the quality is not good either. Only order now when desperate. The 108th and Maple location is great however and willdrive out there and back in the time it takes them to deliver at the 143rd and Maple store. And yet again on 6/25/2019. Askedfor no mayo on JJBLT and mayo packets. Arrived with no mayo packets... Asked for no cheese and there was cheese. Read yourorders please! It's not worth calling in because nothing gets done. I will not be tipping drivers anymore, especially with the$3 delivery fee. Read more
Terrible experience. Card reader problems, the my 2-sub order got missed and took over 10 minutes to get it. FREAKY BAD!
