One hundred percent better and faster than subway
Walked in for my app order, cashier completely ignored the fact I walked in and just stared at the front door. Had to asked for... my order I had received the notification that was ready several times before she would even look at me. Very poor customerservice attitude. Read more

Felt terrible for being that last minute customer 15 minutes till close, but they were amazing! The staff was so friendly & they... took care of me. They had smiles on their faces and were being productive cleaning the store, laughing, and making me feel Likethey didn?t mind at all that they were about to close. This Jimmy John?s saved my wedding! We had placed an order with another sandwich place in town to be delivered to our church an... hour before our wedding ceremony for our bridal party and family. 15 minutes past when they were supposed to arrive, our weddingcoordinator tried calling and informed us they ?had no record of our order?. We quickly called Jimmy Johns and ordered two partyplatters, and they had it ready in ten minutes! Talk about freaky fast!
