My sandwich had the least amount of meat possible and none of the freebies I requested. The pickle I received was very small and... flavorless. My iced tea had no ice, which I understand it?s warm outside, but this only added to the displeasure of the qualityof my order. Will no longer be ordering delivery from this location. Read more

TERRIBLE service. Worst Jimmy John?s location. The manager was so rude to me after asking a question about the amount. It wasn?t... adding up then yelled at me because ?cheese isn?t free!? I get that but it wasn?t showing on the bottom of my receipt and all Idid was ask a question. I said okay and he didn?t have to be so rude and then he said I?m not turning his back to me and walkingaway. Disgusting service. Made me not want my food which was TERRIBLE by the way. Every time I?ve ordered from here it?s bad.They don?t know how to make sandwiches here. I also had my 7 year old in the car with me when this happened. Don?t worry alreadyshared feedback online. Worst Jimmy John's in town. Have ordered from here twice now. Both times it took more than a half hour. First time my sandwich... had tomatoes on it, which I am allergic too. Both times my wife and I's sandwiches were just haphazardly thrown together withall of the meat on one side and mayo all over the edges and top of my order and all over wrap paper. I ordered a Club Lulu with no tomato which is a #16. The person taking my order did not read back my order. When I got to the... window, they only stated the price and did not give me a receipt until handing me my bag of food. Once I got home, I discoveredthey gave me a #15 which is a tuna salad sandwich that had tomatoes. I do not like their tuna salad because it doesn't tastegood to me and hurts my stomach. If they at some point had read back my order, I could have corrected the #15 to a #16 but theynever did. I basically wasted money on a sandwich I didn't eat. I will not be returning to the Millard location. Read more

We placed our order on the app. Over 1/2 hour later the app was still showing order received however not out for delivery. I... simply called up to the store to ask and was faced with nothing but attitude. Fast forward 15 minutes later when the order gothere, the driver gave me someone else's order.... thankfully I was able to catch her. She gave me what I thought to be theright order. Got the box in side and noticed we were missing all 4 bags of chips and the cookie we had ordered and paid for. Supposedly the chips were going to be sent 'right'.... we're still waiting. And now no one really wants them. This really isn'tabout the chips, it's about the over all experience. From the first call to delivery absolutely horrible. HOWEVER every timewe've gone to the store we've had a great experience. Wonder why they can't get deliveries right. Not the first time we've hadproblems with delivery from this location. Read more
