The food was heavenly! I has the Smoked Salmon and my husband had the stuffed Strawberry and cream cheese French Toast. All was... great, but more than the food I was impressed by the (very young) staff on this Sunday morning. We sat at the counter so wereable to observe interactions and work and I haven?t seen the type of teamwork and collaboration I saw this morning in the youngteenagers at the barista counter in a very long time! Their specialty coffee's are good. The smokes salmon bagel was dissatisfying, however. The bagel was a simple grocery bagel-... definitely not a NY style bagel and it was not toasted.
