We had a party of 12, including 3 small children, arriving at 6:00 on Wednesday. They had a table ready for us. Our server,... Allison, was wonderful, patient and flexible. The negative reviews are accurate as far as not being greeted once you 1st walk in, but once we sat down it didn't take long at... all for our sever to get to us but in fairness it wasn't really busy. I'm a little nervous about the possibility of a long waitif this place is ever packed. We ordered the steak and egg sandwich and wings (which came out to just under $30 with 2 sodas),both were tasty especially the wings. As I waited on the food I saw a plate of onion rings go by and they were huge so I'mcurious to try them one day. I don't live in the area, but would definitely consider coming back whenever it's convenient. Read more

I thought I'd give this place another shot... big mistake. I arrived to an empty "best happy hour in Omaha" at 415. I sat... down.... went to the restroom (walked through 4 wait staff members and a bartender on his phone and nonone acknowledged me). IRETURNED to my table... sat down and still NO ONE approached me to see if I wanted a drink. Finally a gal in the pack by therestrooms came over and took my drink order. I told her a couple others would be joining me. My friend showed up and satdown....wait staff still huddled by restrooms looking. No one approaches. Waited...waited...waited. I finally got up and wentover and asked for my tab. I told her I could see why the place was empty with terrible service even to get a drink. She didn'tsay a word. I have been eating here for years. The wings here are amazing they helped me through the beginning of the pandemic as my comfort... food. The Emma that took my order was rude her attitude made my food taste bad. If I could give 2 1/2 stars I would. I am givingthis rating because the service not the food. I got this tiny barbecue sauce and if I wanted ranch I had to pay .50. I wanted mywings plain with the sauce on the side, she told me I would have to pay for the sauce if I wanted ranch, so I had the sauce puton the wings added a side of tiny barbecue and no ranch.
