Used to be 4 stars for me, now just two. Ordered one ahead in the app, meaning they had lead time. They only take 10 min to make... fresh. Gave me one that had to have been sitting in the warmer for at least 30 minutes - tasted like $hit. Read more

Portal pick-up has been not working for over 2 months. You wait in line for a extended amount of time to have the representative... at the counter who doesn?t understand English, and doesn?t speak English, and has no idea what you ordered. After giving yourname numerous times and giving your portal number numerous times, they somehow give you what you ordered. But hour?s later youget notifications that your order is ready for pickup. Last two times I went here the Portal was either broken or they just weren?t using it? This makes ordering online useless and... have to wait in line. They gave my pizza to the guy in front of me who walked in and ordered. Had to wait 15-20min just to getan undercooked pizza (undercooked both times). Would of gladly waited an hour at home for the pizza to be cooked right and inthe Portal so I could walk in and walk out. This place used to be good but something changed and I?m done going here. This place is a complete disaster! The gentlemen that works behind the counter is awesome and needs some recognition but the... store as a whole is a mess. You order only but they don't start making it until you get into the store. I stood in store for 45minutes before they handed me my pizza. Thought it was a fluke, went back again and waited 30 minutes for them to make it afterI ordered online 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Always people standing in the lobby just waiting. Read more
