My most recent experience was surprisingly good. Pizza was fresh and the delivery was quick.
WORST customer service (84th and west center) I'll never go back to this one, I'd rather drive out of my way to the Ralston... location where they're friendly and actually SPEAK. 84th and west center location doesn't seem to want customers so don't wasteyour time. Read more
I know the pizza is cheap but for some reason there is hardly any (if any) sauce on their pizzas. I've even asked for extra... sauce and I still could barely see (or taste) any sauce. Guess you get what you pay for. Read more
Ordered during regular hours on the app, showed up and myself as well as 3 others there were greeted to locked doors. Apparently... we all ordered and the store closed without a word to anyone or shutting down their online ordering. Nice, I wanted to spend themorning trying to get a hold of customer service anyways. Update for 6/12: they did it again...ordered and there's no one here,ordered around 6 and by 730 was wondering what was going on since they weren't answering. Come by and sure enough there ispeople here again and the store is closed. Is it really that hard to turn off online ordering if you don't have staff, which Iget. Honestly , last time I come here. 2 times ive gone and been dissatisfied. 1st time i ordered 2 classic pepperoni pizzas and was told i had to wait 15 mins when... they clearly had at least 2-4 boxes of pepperoni in their window/oven/fridge thing behind them. (The reason why i ordered wasbecause i saw those boxes were hot-n-ready and i didnt think i needed to wait) so i waited the 15 mins in the store. And whenthey restocked the oven with my 2 boxes i thought he was giving me he grabbed the bottom 2 that had been sitting there since idarrived. So i basically waited 15 mins for them to restock and i got old pizza. The cheese on the pizza was not freshly hot. Itreminded me of reheated school lunch pizza. I thought 2nd attempt i placed my order online istead and that gives them time and idont have to wait and when i get there they have a handwritten sign that says they closed early due to online issues. They stillcharged me and havent given a refund after a week of this incident. Most dissatisfying little caesar's ever. Read more
Whew, this one was rough. I love Little Cesar's, but this is the kind of store that gives people the impression that Little... Cesar's is low quality pizza. Went in to grab a few pizzas for the family and had to explain to the cashier what I meant when Iasked for a few pizzas "made to order". He proceeded to look at me as if I had two heads. His confusion was contagious because Idon't know how I could've been more clear. He went to the back and grabbed a coworker and the explanation process began again.Now there were 3 confused people standing around the register. I was at a loss when the first guy decided to ring up the order Ihad originally asked for. I paid, and then watched the guy turn around and grab a couple Hot'n Ready pizzas out of the warmingstation. I say "my guy, these aren't made to order." He says "But these are fresh." It's almost as if the store only makes about3 or 4 pizzas a day and can't be bothered to make a couple more. I was pretty tired of trying to explain what I was asking forat this point and had already paid, so I just grabbed the boxes and left. Y'know, in the end, it would at least have been kindof funny after the fact if the pizza had been halfway decent, but unfortunately it was possibly the worst pizza I'd everreceived from a Little Cesar's. There was little to no sauce used on the pizza as well as it not being as "fresh" as the cashierhad stated. Go buy a lunchables pizza and have a better experience than I had. ???? Read more
Good price for pizza. I?ve always love Little Caesar?s pizza and bread sticks. It might just be this location, but the food... quality has gone down. Limited sauce flavor, extremely greasy, and the cheese has an odd flavor. Perhaps they changed theirrecipe. I?m a three strikes kind of person who also communicates what I?m wanting for my pizza. After last nights pizza, this isthe third strike. I will have to try a different location, but I for sure will not be returning to this one. Read more
Placed a order for pick up at 5:17pm for 7:000?. Get to the location at time I set for pick up. The Store is closed sign on... door saying open tell 8pm no sign stating closing early or anything.staff refused to help or even answer the phone as I can seethem clear as day.. why accept a order and not notify the consumer of said closing early... Horrible experience I called thenext day to speak to manager and they won't answer there phone i let it ring for 30 minutes and nothing. Read more
