Online it says place dine in open the doors were locked then wait 15 min in drive thru and they said tbey only have KFC FOOD NO... They have been short on staff at this location for months. The dining room closes often and if they will shut down the Long John... Silver's side all together. Those that show up seem to be giving it their best but at the end of the day service is slow andchances are they aren't serving some of the food you expected. Read more

Came here a little after noon to order lunch and was told their employees have not shown up yet and cannot order. Says they open... at 10:30am. Had to drive across town to another LJS and was able to order, waited 20 minutes in the parking lot to bring out myfood. Get all the way back home to find out two family size sides were missing from out 12pc family meal I paid over $40 for. Read more

We just went there and went inside. They lady ignored us the whole time and basically did not want us there. We asked if we... could eat in the lobby and she ignored us again and walked to the back so we walked out. Don't waste time on places so rude.This isn't the first time at this location. Read more

Wanted to dine in at 7:15 pm. Was told the dining room was closed, despite no sign saying it was closed. So I went through the... drive through and ordered the Long John Silvers two fish. Was told the Long John Silvers side of the business was closed. So Ileft. What's the point? Raisin' Caines down the road has better chicken. This place doesn't need to stay open if they won'tsell the full menu during dinner hours. Read more

Long John Silvers has always been a favorite of mine and where I use to live they closed all their locations. Well if this one... continues serving food the way they do they should close too! The food was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The fish taste like it wassoaked in grease for a week and then fried in old grease. The fries were burned, grease tasting and totally inedible. The hushpuppy was the best part and it was even greasy tasting. I asked for 1 extra tarter sauce and 1 extra vinegar and was told NO!They can't give extras and I have to use what THEY put in the bag. Well what I had was 2 tarter sauces and no vinegar so why isgiving me 1 vinegar an issue? The staff was rude and I'm sorry you chose that job so don't be mad at what you chose to do! Call before you go because they show up when they want, and leave when they want. The food is never fresh, the furthest thing... from fresh...think shriveled and dried out to the utmost capacity food can be, dehydrated if you will. They don?t have chicken,shrimp or fish at times not due to shortage but because they didn?t and won?t cook it if their shutting down early, which iseveryday. I?m talking 6pm, 7:30 if you?re lucky. They don?t serve breakfast so they close hours after they open. This locationshould consider closing to spare the food chain further embarrassment. The workers need to enter into telemarketing preferablycollections seeing as how they?ve no issues saying no, I don?t know and I can?t help you. One thing they never will say is,sorry for the inconvenience. You wait in the drive thru upward 30 min at times or more, no backing out if someone?s behindyou. Please get new management, new staff, or get them a new attitude, work ethic and customer service skills with a side ofpassion and energy or just simply close it down. I?d rate this location a -5 stars if they?d let me. I might start a podcast andcall it, Don?t go to 132nd and Maple Long John Silvers because they are completely incompetent the food is terrible along withthe service. One complete run on sentence. I would give them less than one star if I could. We got our order to go with us to our hotel 30 miles away. The shock I got when... I opened the boxes cannot be adequately expressed with words. There is absolutely NO WAY that any person with even half a braincell could think that delivering something like this to a customer could be even remotely OK! I will get my money back tomorrowand never go to that store again. Read more
