Order the bibimbap! It?ll arrive hot and sizzling, resulting in delicious crispy rice under the meat and veggie toppings. This... pairs well with a cold beer served with a chilled glass. Yummy! So excited to have found this gem while in town on business. I have a great Korean restaurant near my home in St Paul and... get cravings for their bonchon (sides) and dolsot bibimbop. Excellent spot for a wide variety of Korean specialties! Lots of dishes that are not always easy to find, like Tuk bok ki. They... also have great sushi selections, including some very interesting specialty rolls. The inari (tofu skin) nigiri is amazinglydelicious some of the best I have had. Staff is incredibly hardworking and responsive. Interior is very nice atmosphere withhigh ceilings and dark wood for a very nice vibe. Huge menu so there is probably something here for everyone! AMAZING! Honestly, I was not to thrilled when I found out that my family was going here. The past two times I went (which was... two years ago), I wasn't a very big fan of the food. Tried Maru for the first time this weekend and had an amazing experience. The sushi rolls were fantastic, the atmosphere was... cozy, and the staff was very kind. I also appreciated that they asked if we wanted a straw instead of giving everyone one andused reusable chopsticks to cut down on waste. I will definitely be back! Read more
