Every McDonald's in this town has HORRIBLE SERVICE. don't give me something I didn't ask for or order, then ask for it back. So... are y'all giving cookies to people that have been already given to someone? Y'all are lucky the health department is just asbad, or I'd call them. This is my last time going to ANY McDonald's. Ordered diet Dr pepper no ice took 3 tries and then there was a full 2 inches of empty space at the top of the cup

Unprofessional. Left kiosk open despite it allegedly not working, and and when we went to order at the counter there was no one... available. One employee informed us the kiosk was down and then just walked away. Read more

Why do the service workers serve cold fries to the customer? Is it because they know that it's a hassle to take them back? I... have tried to be forgiving with poor service but it has to stop. Please don't try to visit this McDonald's after 11PM as they're drive-thru is absolutely not open 24hrs.
