I stopped on a Monday for the Big Mac Sack Attack promo associated with the Husker football game. It is supposed to be buy one,... get one. The front counter cashier told me I had to buy a combo meal. I told her no that's not how it is announced on the radio.I was very disappointed and felt mislead and mistreated. I had limited time for lunch and did not have time to go anywhereelse. So I just bought the combo. I should of talked to a manager. My Big Mac's were disappointing in meat content. I'm not surehow they even call that a hamburger patty. I will not be returning. Read more
There customer service sucks we asked them at the drive threw for a specific but not very hard order and usually when we do that... we remind them hey did you make sure to do this and they said yea we will do it and then we get the food and it was the wrongorder just terrible service it happens every time we go there. Placed a mobile order and got to the store before they closed. Checked in from my phone. No one ever brought my food out.... Knocked on the door and a kid came out. Said he was getting the food. Locked the door laughed in my face and flipped me off.Excellent customer service. Read more

I?m so tired of the most simple orders being messed up! I eat here due to convenience but no more! You can?t even remember to... put egg on a sausage egg & cheese biscuit! After putting up with simple mistakes constantly like this from this location for 2years I?m done! You are lucky I have kids or I would never eat here again. I don?t normally leave bad review but this bugged me. Went an hour prior to them closing and waited for drive-thru service for a... good 10 minutes; no one ever acknowledged me and when I drove by the pay/pick up windows people saw me, laughed, and keptcleaning. I double checked the hours online and I had been to this location a week prior around the same time so I know theyweren?t closed. Read more

Really disappointed! I never eat fast food anymore but tonight decided to go through drive through around 715 pm 11/20/22 the... girl I spoke to was horible communicating with me then I went to window it was a nice guy who took my money the girl was sittingon floor against wall. My food was horrible very dry and fries were cold. The drink had very little ice with 3/4 filled but theysure charged me over 10.00 had no problem taking my hard earned money!
