They often giving you the wrong item, did not make sure the order is right and the food smell rotten( that sour rotten, spoil... smell). I ordered 1 sausage bacon cheese biscuits and sausage bacon cheese mcgriddle, they gave me sausage egg biscuit andanother bacon cheese biscuit. ???? Read more
I went to the McDonalds on 108th and Maple lastnight I received a raw Quarter pounder sandwich They will not get my service... anymore; for the amount for money that I paid for my meal I wasn?t able to eat it at all. I asked for fresh fries with no salt.I got fries that were cold and with salt on them. I didn?t appreciate the service I got lastnight. Read more
This place is always so busy and the wait times are really long in the drive thru as well as waiting inside. I was standing at... the counter for more than 5 minutes to grab a coffee and there was no one to get my order. I had to call the location to getsomeone to come up front cause they were all servicing the drive thru. The manager did get my coffee quickly after. Out of the 5 to 6 times a year my family actually goes to McDonald's, they always forget to complete our order. Something is... missing, outright wrong and subpar quality. I get it...but my latest encounter is my final one for good. I don't need foodpoisoning. Read more

Previous years this location didn?t seem to always ensure all items were in the bag & had a lot of employees with poor attitudes... but the last 2-3 visits I?ve had for my kids they have been on top of both previous issues I had & so I?ll give them 5 stars .Both lines for ordering work and they move thru the lines quickly and/or ask you to park which I don?t mind if that means theyare making sure everything is there & hot !
