Incompetent management. Unable to resolve a simple error with their automated ordering system via drive thru. Was ultimately... charged incorrectly and their solution was to have me pay for something I didn?t order. Finally after some back and forth I gota refund, but the manager was extremely unprofessional about it and didn?t seem to have a clue what was going on. Read more
I go to this McDonald?s almost on a daily to get my girl her favorite drink. . . A Carmel frappe with extra Carmel drizzle. I... have the app downloaded and just say my code at the drive thru and you don?t have to wait a long time in the drive thru lineeither. They are fast and efficient. Read more
The order kiosks were not very straight forward, how hard is it to make a select food, add to cart, checkout. Probably to five... times longer to go through the kiosk ordering than a real cashier. I'm not sure what they were going for the decor but it is notvery comfortable and most of the tables were dirty(and not very welcoming). The server who brought our food to the table wasvery pleasant and the food was fresh. Down grade on service because of kiosks. Read more

Waited for like almost 30 minutes after a Mobile Order. Used on the Table Service and nobody didn't prepare my order and skipped... it. What an upset. Crowdness or not, it's still a problem around these time. Read more
I was up McDonald's around noon today. The staff was really kind to me I fell outside and when I came in and was bleeding on my... knee and my arm a staff member was off but hurry and her purse and gave me Band-Aids and she put nails on it that was so kind ofher. Read more
I?m not sure who the management team is for this location. But if i were part of the ownership of this franchise I would be... looking for new management. Not one time that I have been to this location in the past month have they opened at 6am. You pullthrough the drive through and they come on the speaker and tell you ?were not quite ready yet.? I?ve been through this drivethrough at 630 and still been told that! Change the hours on the door! You definitely don?t open at 6am!!! Read more
Food was ok, but really had an old stale taste to it on this visit. Also, I understand that they want to get people through the... Drive-thru as fast as possible, but they still need to make sure the order is accurate, which unfortunately this time they didnot and I had to go back inside to have it corrected. Read more
