I'm only giving 2 stars because the food was decent for McDonald's. The service was quick but inaccurate to say the least. I... ordered 3 big breakfasts and only got 2. Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and got bacon on both. Can't expect much outof minimum wage workers though in an industry like fast food. This McDonalds is so terrible that it is actually quite comical!! LOL! I ordered two cheeseburgers with onions only. They... gave me two with everything on them. So, I go back and show them the ticket that says onions only. They make me two more. They have ketchup only. Lol. So I go up again and very slowly tell the girl I want onions and cheese on these burgers. I saidplease, just onions and cheese, please, please. She brings me a bag with two burgers. I open one up in front of her to makesure it's right. It was!!! Happily, I went to sit down and eat. That burger was tasty. I opened the next one and it hadeverything on it!! I was like ok, you win..... and this will happen everytime you come to this location. My son got acheeseburger happy meal another time and they gave him a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the burger. I also want to note thatthis location does not have fountain drinks in the dining area so no free refills! Read more
It's great. The people are so sweet and caring and take time to help you with what ever you need. They get to know you as you go... more frequently. Just wish they had put a drink fountain. I hate bothering the workers for a refill when they are so busy. Read more
Arrived at the drive thru on August 7, at 9:30 p.m. and was greeted with "Give me a second" which turned into a minute and then... another car pulled up into the other lane and was greeted promptly and their order was taken. So tired of waiting and taken outof turn we took our 5 orders to another fast food establishment! :( Read more
Kind of a sad humanless experience. No menu boards, five self-order kiosks, machine to accept and change cash. No people in... sight except to rarely deliver food to dine-in guests. Design and materials make this location win the award for "newestMcDonald's that screams 'renovate me' " Strangely no self-service drinks, but there is a slightly defaced cork board that seemsto promote self-service community art (no push pins - probably safer that way). Update ? I never got the coupon they said they?d send me because they wouldn?t refund me for food I never got and I am unable to... get back to this location for a ?free meal?. I drove out of my way to get breakfast this morning . I got home and my order inits entirety wasn?t in the bag (the sand which, so the most important part and the reason I came. Thanks for the hash browntho). I called and asked for a refund. She said I?d need to come back? but I cannot as I have other time restrictingarrangements. Sooo?. I drive there, you forget my meal? and I?m supposed to drive back to get my sandwhich that you didn?t putin the bag a bag when all I asked for was my money back? And you offer no refund options? just a coupon, sent in the mail.Thanks ? So frustrating. ?I?ll speak to my team?. Sure you will lol.
