One of my favorite, healthful places to eat in town. The chicken kabob dish is second-to-none. Highly recommended. A... non-pretentious jewel in the center of Omaha. Read more

Good place, it took a while to get the food after we ordered, but the food was tasty. P.S., there is nothing Mediterranean... about the Mediterranean fettuccine ???? Read more

This place has a history of rude staff! I ordered kubideh salad for lunch, the price was 10.50 I paid 13.46 for it! They... automatically add 10% gratuity to takeout orders! When I asked why they do that, the very rude lady tells me that what?s wrongwith that, we share tips, that?s how much I should be leaving anyways! I told her I used to be a waitress and tip is optionalfor carry out then she tells me if I know what TIP stands for! She also said these tips are used to pay the staff an incentiveto keep them at work, it?s either I like to pay the tip or see the price of the menu go up! I wouldn?t blame staff leaving fromthat restaurant given who they work with!No matter when I go to that restaurant they always have rude staff! The food used to begood, now it?s not that good either! Save your money and go to Ahmed?s instead in Dundee !! Read more

We went in for lunch. We ordered a combo kabob and an appetizer combo. The food was pretty good and standard. After we paid the... bill, a waitress approached us on the way out and asked if anything was wrong with our service. I said that everything wasfine; then she proceeded to complain about the tip we left. In my opinion, we left a pretty reasonable tip (10-15%). I thenasked if she would like me to raise the tip, then she said that they charge a mandatory 18% gratuity on takeout and that dine inshould be at least that. She continued to complain to us and it frankly made us very uncomfortable. I understand the serviceindustry is rough on employees so I had no problem raising the tip to match that. However, we found the way she approached us tocomplain about our tip was extremely unprofessional and it has never happened to us before. I am off put by the way she wastalking to us, and we likely won?t be back. Read more

We were looking for a great salad on a hectic day and decided to try this. Just what we needed to escape an overcrowded holiday... shopping experience. I ordered a Greek Salad and added grilled salmon. I am amazed that they can add that many onions and itstill tastes great! Nothing bitter at all. How do they do that? The salmon was done correctly. I usually like crumbled fetainstead of chunks, and a little stronger olives. The lettuce was very lightly wilted. Overall, I was happy with everything.Spouse thought his Spicy Chicken Toss was all very authentic. Like a spicy tomatoe sauce stew. Spices were somewhat neutral, but well balanced. No one spice stood out to overpower it. Good visit. Would go back there. Read more

This is a very good place for Mediterranean food in the city. It's an old place with average looks but it's cozy. Being a... vegetarian I ordered the falafel salad and it's really good. It came with yogurt and cucumber side along with hummus and theyare good too. I also had the vegetarian kabobs and I felt that they are over grilled and were ok. My biggest issue was withdesserts, I ordered Baklava and it's nothing like Baklava. It's very rubbery with lot of sugar (not honey). I had a feeling thatthis is store bought and not house made.
