This diner is absolutely amazing! We were looking for a healthy, affordable all-vegan place to eat for lunch and they did not... disappoint. The owners were super friendly and we received our food within 10-15 minutes! They ordered the envy burger, the bluemountain burger, Bajan rice and red moon slaw all for $17, and they were amazing. Wow, this place was incredible. I had the chicken sandwich with the house-made mac & cheese. Both were beyond delicious! The... sandwich was massive, with two vegan patties with great texture and delicious flavor. The vegan cheddar was a great touch too. Ireally enjoyed it. And the mac was CREAMY. WHOA. It was fabulous, and had a real peppery kick too. The sprout garnish on top wasperfect. The service was awesome! The staff were kind and patient as they answered all our questions about their menu and drinkoptions--- my friend got a delicious Jamaican nitro brew, so we recommend that. I asked the lady to fill up my water bottle andshe even put strawberry and cucumber slices in there too! I appreciated that. :) If I ever had a free weekend, I'd make a daytrip up to Omaha just to eat there and explore the city, it's worth a 3 hour drive! I tried the "fish" sandwich and had green tea rice for my side(pictured). I'm still thinking about the rice, it's a must have!... My sister had the blue mountain burger and the tsunami salad. I saw reviews mentioning the small size of the burger, but it wasplenty of food! I was thrown when water was brought out after I had bought a bottled water, but that was the only thing I wasn'tprepared for. Read more
