Usually when the food is fresh it?s not a bad experience but today I went through the drive thru they said it would be a 10 min... wait so I waited after 10 mins they brought out my food .. Avoid this location all together. The drive thru girl charged me the amount the person ahead of me was supposed to pay. Not sure... how it happened but it was a lot more than mine. When she handed me the receipt I let her know she was super apologetic and Iasked her if she could put the difference back on my card. Her and no one else at the store could put it back on my card so theycalled their general manager. Let me just say I feel sorry for the employees there he told me he?d give me a coupon for a freeentree and I was like but that?s not even equivalent and I kind of just want my money he was like ok how about two coupons and Iwas like I meeeean I guess ?! I go back a couple weeks later to use it and he was there and told me I couldn?t use them at thesame time. I was like whattt no one ever told me that and it?s basically the money owed to me. He gave me a hard time but endedup allowing me to use them both. I went back a third time some weeks later and he took my order at the drive thru and was sorude. He has no customer service skills and is so arrogant and condescending. Too much trouble for mediocre food. Just be awareof this guy and be prepared to have horrible customer service while he?s working. Read more

My son and I came here for the first time. He wanted a "cub meal" but instead of asking what he wanted they chose his side... (which wasn't the one listed anyway) and he was able to choose his entree. Manager (I'm assuming) had to leave the serving lineto restock some food (understandable) but when you don't tell your drive through you're out of certain items and they have a 10+minute wait...yikes. we were inside and there were probably 8-10 people behind us. No communication amongst staff to each otheror to the customers. Probably a good time to have open interviews or better training of how to restock for the next shift so youaren't running out 30mins after an employee leaves. Read more

So good! I normally get String Bean Chicken, but they were out. So I got Honey Sesame instead. It was even better than the... String Bean. I've also had the Kung Pao (too spicy for me) and the teriyaki. All delicious. It might not be authentic, but it'sreal good. Read more

Love the food at Panda Express and this location is consistently delicious. Usually, service is fast and friendly. This time,... I had to wait more than 10 minutes at the window. I would have been ok with that had the employees let me know that there wouldbe a wait, but not a word. I still gave the location 4 stars because of all the other times I have received excellent service. Read more

Good food..however avoid.going anytime close to their closing time...food not as fresh. Paid 15.00 for a small box of a premium... item. Called to question because I had purchased this before and received a bigger box. Was told no manager on duty and that amanager would return the call..never happened. Bottom line is you have teenagers working who don't give a sh*t about customercare or service..a do not return here for me. Read more
