They are stealing from the portion. All their sandwiches are half portion. I am supposed to get full sandwich for breakfast but... they cut my bread and gave me the portion for pick two items without soup or salad yet still charged me for full sandwich andwhen I spoke with the manager she said that's how they do it. The place is always nasty as food always all over the floor andthe sandwich makers don't change their gloves as their policy says they are not supposed to touch two customers food with samegloves. Great place for lunch, but definitely little bit off on cleaning.
I always go to Panera for its accuracy and consistently great food! I was sorely disappointed tonight. My half chicken salad... sandwich had an almost irrelevant amount of actual chicken salad on it. Truly there was less than a tablespoon of the Napaalmond chicken goodness nestled in between the emerald green lettuce and country rustic sour dough. I tried to call twice toresolve the matter and was hung up on both times before speaking to anyone or even leaving a message. Read more
This is a really nice, new, modern restaurant near 144th and Maple street. It is located in front of Fresh Thyme and next to... Verizon Wireless. We like Panera! Sometimes we come for a quick lunch or dinner. If you come for dinner, they don?t always havewhat you want for the pastry section. The first time we visit, we used the kiosk and it didn?t print out a receipt. The managerwas very nice to help solve the issue. Highly recommend visiting this place. Lastly, food is good as usual! I am a frequent customer of Panera at 147th and West Maple. I recently placed an order to go in the store, my wife wanted the... soup with the baguette bread, the person at the register said you were out of baguette bread and did I want chips or an apple. Imentioned there is two in the display, she said those are for sale for $3.79 I really didn't want or need a whole one. Imentioned this to the young lady checking my order, not only was she very pleasant, she did not hesitate to check to see if youhad any, I think her name was Paradise. Paradise was able to make sure we had a baguette for my wife's soup. Paradise reallymade my wife's day, it's the little things! Paradise exemplifies what great service is all about.
