Do not get the fried chicken sandwich. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Tastes like grade school cafeteria food. Poor... quality chicken. Weird spongey bun. I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong. My photo shows that I was supposed to get a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato... soup. The sandwich shown is what I received, some type of chicken sandwich. I was really looking forward to this meal becauseI'm quarantining due to covid and needed some comfort and I got this instead. I called the store to address this and they werekind, but told me they were too busy to take my call and that they would call me back later. Which they never did. This place has so many dirty tables. I had to ask someone to clean a booth for me to sit down. And has even came to clean the... other dirty table up. The Manager to clean this place up. That?s how you catch disease! I went to get more onion for mysandwich. The girl made face about giving more onions. If they made the sandwich right. I would not have to for anything. Mysandwich was not good at. The cheese was not melted. Young people don?t take pride in doing a great job! I won?t be back at thislocation. I was not very happy this morning with the way my service was I worried 30 min for decafe coffee this is ridiculous I used to be... an employee here 2 years ago and this was never an issues manger walks past us not asking I what the issue is his name isDillion by the way what a management , we come here everyday for coffee and it seems like we are not welcomed anymore I feel sosad that I have to say. Gas station coffee station is so much better service than I got today it?s very unbelievable I had toask about three employees just to get me decaf coffee this is very ridiculous I am never coming back to this Panera theydefinitely need work because when I used to work here there used to be a coffee person and coffee was always freshly brewed andit was barely 8:30 in the morning and there?s barely coffee it?s just ridiculous how they manage to spinning right now. Place needs real management. Always a cluster inside and the kitchen has a extremely salty attitude. SMILE, it?s FREE! The more... $ you pay people the better quality people you will find to run the business successfully. I have never honestly liked panera until my trip tonight. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Not sure... of this employee?s name but she made my experience phenomenal. She helped us carry our food to our table and refilled our drinkswithout us having to ask. I will definitely be returning to this location. Read more
This is truely the best panera experience i have ever encountered. The customer service has exceeded all my wildest... expectations. Especially this young man right here. My grandma happened to stubble while carrying her soup and he helped in thebestest way possible. He was friendly and welcoming throughout the whole night. I will continue to be a regular here!
