I've always enjoyed Papa John's pizza, reliably good or so I thought... Last night we had the misfortune of having to go to Papa... John's due to the time. We ordered two large pizzas I believe with stuffed crust and wings. THE TOTAL CAME OUT T0 $62. Whichwould be fine if it was worth the money honestly, it was not. It almost wasn't edible due to the bottom crust being so thin itdisentegrated as you grabbed it. On both the cheese and meat lovers we bought. I normally don?t do this but? We not only tipped as much as we could, but two of our 2 topping large pizzas was completely wrong... and disgusting, and our cheese sticks had barely any cheese on them and we?re almost raw! The cheese on the ones that had it onthem, looked like someone threw cheese on it with out looking!!! You can tell they just rushed and didn?t care! Ok, maybe Iunderstand them somewhat being annoyed by a large order close to closing time, (ordered within 45mins-1hr of closing time) butafter spending $84, I expected more.. shouldn?t matter actually when you close bc money is money, business is business..andEveryone and anyone ordering food has their own situation?so this is Ridiculous! I ordered 5 large 2 topping pizzas and 1 orderof cheese sticks..nothing too crazy! I?ve also worked in ?fast food restaurant? type of places all my life, for I guess bettercompanies who wouldn?t allow this. Never will come to this location again! I'm usually not one to post comments about fast food chains but the pizza from this place was seriously lackluster. Tasted cheap... and just generally not great. Almost didn't taste cooked all the way. Would NOT recommend this place to someone. Only giving twostars because they delivered it pretty quickly. Read more
Attempted to order pizza tonight for my family. The web site seems to be having several problems. First my email was wrong. Not... in use, but was told it was not an email. Thus I used my work email. Then it told me that there was a problem with my card. Yettook money out of my account. Called the store and the manager said that it was a known issue and if I would just use anothercard to finish the transaction the money should be returned in a few days to the first card. I asked what happeneds if it?s not.He then took my name and number in case and said he would let the manager know. Then I asked how do I avoid this in the futureand he had no answer. So I told him that if he didn?t know of a way to order food and not have this happen I guess I would haveto go else where for food tonight and he said ?ok?. Like most other Papa Johns good food and fast service. Although this last time it was a little too fast. I had set up an order... to be picked up at 5:15 but it was ready at 4:50. I was at another store when it was ready so I had to rush over and get it.Then drive it 20 minutes after that to get where it needed to be. So it wasn't the best quality when I got it home. Read more
Not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. I ordered online through the app and arrived at the store for pickup. The... pizza was ready 5 minutes early, which was awesome, and they purposely opened up my boxes to confirm I was satisfied with myorder before I left. They seemed to be trying to have good customer service/promptness. I would be fine with ordering from hereagain! Read more
Been going to this store for 5 years and most of my customers have as well. I tip insanely. But over the last year I get sorry... we can't deliver your food. I work as the only worker in the store and sometimes I leave my wallet at home (so only have cash). So I get a call "can you pay with a card so we can have Doordash/Grubhub/Ect deliver it". if I had my card I would of alreadydone that except those places don't take cash. I am unsure what to do as I am also a diabetic and now I am forced to close mybusiness to go get food, because a place that take cash for delivery will not anymore. Don't even know what to rate this.
